Matt got a lucky ticket to Papa Louie's Sushi Bar, where he was able to enjoy delicious fish dishes and a sweet tapioca drink called bubble-ti for free. The satisfied guy was about to go home, but by a ridiculous accident he stumbled and broke the sushi bar's mascot, Maneki-neko. Surprisingly, Papa Louie is not upset at all, because now his restaurant will have a new chef who will not have to pay a salary. And it will be Matt, who will have to work off a broken cat brought from Japan.

The first working day will start with training. Memorize all the shops and stages of making rolls.
